The roles in this programme tend to run on a 12 week work placement with a view to securing a permanent role at the end of that period. Although it’s not guaranteed, 96% of our candidates who join the programme go on to secure permanent roles with their host organisation.

Skillset and Experience:
- Experience managing customers across multiple sites.
- Experience managing technical and sales teams.
- Experience in change management.
- Ability to work dynamically and remotely and manage remote teams.
- An appetite and ability to embrace new technology and new methods of delivering services.
Any required qualifications:
- No specific qualifications required – skills and experience are key here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of technical services, ensuring the highest quality service for our customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their technical needs are met
- Address complex technical challenges and provide innovative, timely solutions, managing escalations when necessary
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements across all operations
- Utilize data to track performance metrics, generate reports, and drive continuous service improvements
