The project administrator role will support delivery of a large scale defence framework in Central Bristol. The role comprises office management duties to ensure our central Bristol office is supported appropriately, including the provision of reception and front-of-house services for our team. Alongside this role, we require project administration and clerical duties in support of the project delivery team. We estimate these two parts of the role to be split evenly.
General duties will include:
- Ensuring site visitors are hosted and appropriately.
- Liaison with office suppliers, central location services and main building reception/landlord to maintain the efficient running of the office.
- Manage on-site services and on-site safety and security functions.
- Arrange team events, on-site meetings and inspections as required.
- Support project team in administering and managing IT tickets and similar.
- Provide clerical, administrative and technical support to the Project Delivery team.
- Help maintain project reporting and delivery tracking in Excel.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and ensuring they have IT, necessary induction exercises etc
- Maintain folders and filing as required to ensure all documents are readily accessible and available.
- Monitor group mailboxes and assist in sending updates, reminders and email notifications to project staff.
- Liaising with project delivery team to ensure actions are undertaken appropriately.
Essential Experience:
- Experience managing / coordinating offices
- Good communication skills
- Experience using MS Excel
- Able to gain SC clearance
Salary:
£24,000-34,000 depending on experience
Working hours and structure:
- Hybrid working but must be on site in Bristol 3 days per week
- Full time is 37.5 hours per week, but can consider 4 days per week as well. Full time
