Designed for Returners: We collaborate closely with leading STEM companies to create opportunities that align with industry needs while providing candidates with the right environment to rebuild or establish their careers.
Paid, Short-Term Placements: Our programmes involve short-term placements, typically lasting 12 weeks. These paid placements provide you with hands-on experience in a real-world STEM environment.
Comprehensive Support and Mentoring: We offer holistic support, including interview preparation, career coaching, mentoring from industry professionals, and access to a network of like-minded individuals. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
